Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell-Overbeeke is a broker with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, working from the firm's Asheville office on Brook Street. One of the office's leading advisors, shehas closed 119 sales totalling more than $85 million across the mountains, doubled her sales volume year over year, and is a member of Club 1744, the brokerage's recognition for its top 100 advisors by sales volume company-wide.

She was born in Waynesville and has lived there all her life. Her family's roots run deep in Haywood County, where she grew up watching them turn natural materials into custom work, an upbringing that gives her a practical feel for how mountain homes are built and developed, and for the land they stand on.

Her listings reach across Haywood, Jackson, Swain, Buncombe and Yancey counties, from Waynesville and Clyde to Sylva, Whittier, Candler and Burnsville. They range from mountain homesites to residences with long-range views, including homes in Balsam Mountain Preserve, the Villages of Plott Creek and the golf communities of Laurel Ridge and Smoky Mountain Country Club.

Before real estate, Jennifer spent more than fifteen years teaching yoga, leading studios and teacher trainings and hosting retreats at home and abroad. That background shapes how she works: calm, organised and attentive, with each client's long-term plans in view. She calls it finding serenity in the Smokies.
