Where We Serve
Western North Carolina, County by County
Jennifer works from Waynesville across eighteen mountain counties. The four she calls home get her every day; the rest she serves for the right property. Start with a county, then read about the communities inside it.

Core Counties
Where Jennifer lives and works every day: she knows the neighborhoods, the builders and the sales history street by street.

Haywood County
Western North Carolina's high county: Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska, Clyde and Canton, with the Smokies on one side and the Blue Ridge Parkway on the other.

Buncombe County
Asheville's home county: about 660 square miles of French Broad and Swannanoa river valleys, Blue Ridge Parkway ridgelines and the small towns and planned communities around them.

Henderson County
Henderson County sits on the Blue Ridge south of Asheville, with Hendersonville as its seat, apple orchards on its ridges and a mix of historic villages, golf communities and farm towns.

Jackson County
Jackson County runs from the Tuckasegee headwaters near Cashiers north to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with Sylva as its seat and Western Carolina University at Cullowhee.

Highlands-Cashiers Plateau
A high plateau on the Jackson–Macon county line, roughly 3,500 to 4,100 feet, where the towns of Highlands and Cashiers anchor a seasonal market of private golf, lake and mountain clubs.
Extended Reach
Counties Jennifer actively serves a short drive from home, with the same brokerage network and marketing behind every listing.

Macon County
Anchored by the historic town of Franklin and the exclusive Highlands plateau, Macon County is a premier luxury destination in the Southern Appalachians.

Swain County
Swain County holds more of Great Smoky Mountains National Park than any other county, with Bryson City, Cherokee and the Fontana Lake shoreline at its heart.

Transylvania County
Known as the Land of Waterfalls, Transylvania County pairs Brevard's lively downtown and summer music festival with private lake and golf communities set against Pisgah National Forest.

Madison County
Rising north of Asheville along the Tennessee line, Madison County pairs the French Broad River and the Appalachian Trail with some of Western North Carolina's most private high-elevation retreats.
Exceptional Properties by Request
Farther afield, Jennifer takes on a listing or a search only when the property is exceptional, so each one gets her full attention.
Avery County
Avery County is North Carolina's High Country at its most rarefied, where Grandfather Mountain, the ski slopes of Sugar and Beech, and a century-old summer-colony tradition around Linville come together.
Watauga County
Home to Boone, Blowing Rock and the Valle Crucis valley, Watauga County is the heart of North Carolina's High Country, framed by the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, the Watauga River and the headwaters of the New River.
Mitchell County
Mitchell County rises from the North Toe River valley to the grassy balds of the Roan Highlands, pairing Blue Ridge Parkway high country with a craft tradition anchored by Penland School of Craft.
Yancey County
Home to Mount Mitchell and the Black Mountains, Yancey County pairs the highest ground in the East with one of Western North Carolina's deepest craft traditions.
McDowell County
McDowell County climbs from Lake James and the Catawba River valley to the Blue Ridge Parkway at Little Switzerland, offering lakefront, high-country and large-acreage properties east of Asheville.
Rutherford County
Rutherford County pairs Lake Lure's 27 miles of shoreline and the cliffs of Hickory Nut Gorge with the mild thermal-belt foothills around Rutherfordton and Forest City.
Polk County
Tryon and the thermal belt of Polk County offer a mild climate, equestrian culture, and refined luxury living in the foothills of the Blue Ridge.
Graham County
Graham County is Western North Carolina at its most remote, where two-thirds of the land is Nantahala National Forest and Lake Santeetlah and Fontana Lake lie edged by national forest and national park.
Cherokee County
Cherokee County is North Carolina's westernmost county, bordered by Tennessee and Georgia, where the Hiwassee River's TVA lakes meet the Nantahala National Forest.
Clay County
Tucked against the Georgia line, Clay County trades crowds for the quiet of Lake Chatuge, Nantahala National Forest ridges and a craft tradition a century old.
