Biltmore Park

A Biltmore Farms planned community in South Asheville at I-26 and Long Shoals Road, pairing tree-lined residential streets with the 42-acre Biltmore Park Town Square.

About Biltmore Park

Biltmore Park sits in South Asheville where Long Shoals Road meets Interstate 26, on roughly 740 acres that were once Vanderbilt family dairy pasture. Biltmore Farms planned it as a walkable neighborhood rather than a conventional subdivision: sidewalks, green spaces and a greenway trail, and a homeowners' association clubhouse and pool with swim teams and seasonal events. Single-family homes lean toward Arts and Crafts, classic and traditional brick designs on wooded lots, and the neighborhood is not gated.

Its anchor is Biltmore Park Town Square, a 42-acre joint venture between Biltmore Farms and Crosland that opened in 2009. The square holds about 285,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, 270,000 square feet of office space, a 165-room Hilton, a 15-screen Regal cinema and the 65,000-square-foot Reuter Family YMCA, with roughly 274 apartments, condominiums and townhomes above and around them. It is a place where a buyer can live above a bookstore and walk to dinner, and I-26 runs directly north to downtown and south toward the airport.
